Hello, it’s so nice to meet you! My name is Faith Godfrey and I am the Head Administrator and Co-Founder of Vineyard of Faith Academy, a ministry of Vineyard of Faith Ministry, where I also serve alongside my husband, Mark Godfrey, and family in ministry. I have been home-educating our children since 2011, beginning with our oldest in PreK3. Homeschooling is not just something I do; it is a calling that has shaped our family’s life and faith. I was also home-educated through a private Christian school, where I completed annual testing and was able to graduate at age 16. After graduating, I worked as a receptionist and file clerk in both a law firm and a doctor’s office. I later continued my education in Professional Photography and Nutrition, Diet, and Health Science, earning honors in both. I owned a successful Photography Studio and enjoy working with my natural beauty company. I am also an Active Duty Air Force wife, and through that journey, I have supported other military wives through my blog, local base groups, and behind the scenes in everyday life. When 2020 brought unexpected changes, my inbox quickly filled with moms seeking guidance, encouragement, and direction in homeschooling. That season made something very clear to me... supporting families in their home-education journey is something God has deeply placed on my heart. Over the years, our family has walked through medical trials, deployments, moves, and many seasons that only God could carry us through. Each step has strengthened our faith and deepened my desire to come alongside other parents with encouragement, support, and grace as I have a deeper understanding than most on navigating home education through the heavy things life can throw our way. You are not meant to do this alone. I am here to walk with you, support you, and encourage you every step of the way.
Be so blessed, Faith
A Few Fun Facts About Me: I was born in Florida, raised between Tennessee and Florida, and have been back in Florida since 2018. I love teaching my children and walking through life with them. K–5 is my favorite age to teach (with a soft spot for 6th–9th too!). Our oldest son will graduate in 2027—we did it, and you can too! I enjoy photography, website design for ministries, crafting and encouraging others. I love animals- cats, dogs, horses… really, most of them. I find so much joy in God’s creations- sunsets, the ocean, stars.. just taking it all in. My husband, Mark, is one of the greatest blessings in my life. Favorite Songs: "Through the Fire" by the Crabb Family. "The Blood" by The Freemans. "Shoutin' Shoes" by the New Hinsons. "This is What Revival is All About" by Bo Hinson. "Worthy of it All" and "Goodness of God" by CeCe Winans. "My God is Faithful" by The Jordan Family Band, Megan Woods, "Nowhere Your Love Won't Go". And many more.
FAVORITE SCRIPTURES: 2 Timothy 1:7, Romans 8:28, Isa 56, Acts 2:38, 1 John 1:1,

First and foremost, I am a woman of God who is passionate about serving Christ, strengthening families, and helping students reach their God-given potential. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, ordained minister, and a founding member of Vineyard of Faith Academy.
I have been actively involved in ministry for most of my life and have been ordained since 2001. Through the Academy, I serve as Secretary and provide administrative, legal, family, and nutrition support to our homeschooling families. My goal is to encourage parents as they take an active role in their children's education while building a strong biblical foundation for their future.
Homeschooling is very personal to me because I successfully homeschooled both of my children through graduation. They graduated early and achieved strong academic success, giving me firsthand experience in curriculum selection, record keeping, educational planning, and preparing students for life beyond high school. I have also assisted with homeschooling my grandchildren and continue to support families as they navigate their own homeschooling journeys.
I hold a degree in Paralegal Studies and am completing my Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies with a minor in Psychology. Following graduation, I will pursue master's and doctoral studies in Integrated Health and Nutrition as I work toward earning my Doctorate. My passion for learning reflects my commitment to serving others with excellence in both education and holistic wellness. As a lifelong learner, I believe education is a journey that continues throughout every season of life.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with a variety of homeschool curricula and educational approaches. I enjoy helping families evaluate curriculum options, create educational plans, and establish successful home-based education that meet both state requirements and the unique needs of each child.
When I am not serving through ministry or studying, I enjoy painting, drawing, crafting, spending time with my family, and making memories with my children and grandchildren. I believe every child is uniquely created by God with purpose, value, and potential, and it is my privilege to support families as they provide a Christ-centered education for their children.
One of my favorite Scriptures is 2 Timothy 1:7:
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
This verse serves as a reminder that with faith in God, parents can confidently lead, teach, and nurture the next generation.
