Vineyard of Faith Academy is a private Christian umbrella school and educational ministry operating in the State of Florida in accordance with applicable Florida laws governing private schools and compulsory attendance requirements.

The Academy exists to support families through educational oversight, academic recordkeeping, guidance services, and administrative support within a Christ-centered educational framework. Vineyard of Faith Academy functions as a private school under Florida law and is not a county homeschool registration program.

The Academy is a ministry outreach connected to Vineyard of Faith Ministries. We provide educational support while honoring biblical principles, parental involvement, and academic integrity.

The operation of Vineyard of Faith Academy is governed in part by applicable Florida statutes relating to private education, including but not limited to:

Parents or legal guardians enrolled through Vineyard of Faith Academy remain the primary educational supervisors of their students unless otherwise agreed upon in writing through a separate educational service arrangement.

The Academy provides administrative oversight, academic support, recordkeeping assistance, and guidance services; however, parents maintain responsibility for curriculum selection, daily instruction, educational scheduling, and participation in their student’s educational progress.

Enrollment in Vineyard of Faith Academy satisfies Florida compulsory attendance requirements through enrollment in a Florida private school program.

The Academy maintains student enrollment records and educational documentation in accordance with applicable Florida private school requirements. Families are responsible for submitting the requested academic records, attendance documentation, and other required materials in accordance with Academy policies.
