We may check in throughout the school year. Please be willing to communicate.
Please submit yearly assessments once completed BEFORE THE END OF YOUR 180 DAYS OR WITH YOUR FINAL REPORTS.
Multiple attendance and academic record check-ins throughout the school year are always welcome! While only the required submissions are necessary, many families find that submitting updates periodically helps keep student records current and makes end-of-year reporting much easier.
This optional approach provides added peace of mind and allows Vineyard of Faith Academy to better support your family's educational journey.
HOW TO SUBMIT ASSESSMENTS:
Use this form or email to submit yearly assessments. On this form, you will fill out student information then scroll to the assessment section to upload.
If required reports are not submitted as requested, re-enrollment will not be considered.

California Achievement Test (CAT)
Stanford 10
Other nationally norm-referenced achievement tests approved by Vineyard of Faith Academy
Many Florida scholarship families may choose to complete an approved assessment through their scholarship provider, such as those available through Step Up For Students.
The purpose of this assessment is to provide parents with a snapshot of their child's academic progress, identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth, and encourage continued educational success.
Parents are responsible for scheduling the assessment and submitting proof of completion to Vineyard of Faith Academy by the annual deadline. Test scores are intended to support educational planning and are not used to compare students or determine a student's worth or potential.
Annual testing is an enrollment expectation of Vineyard of Faith Academy and helps us fulfill our mission of supporting families in providing a quality, Christ-centered education.
