Grade Reporting

        Report student's grades and submit sample work for documentation here.

     Grade & Sample Work Reports are 

DUE JANUARY & MAY OF EACH SCHOOL YEAR.

We understand families may enroll at different times of year.

 Please submit yearly assessments once completed between April-June. 

HOW TO SUBMIT ASSESSMENTS:

Use this form or email to submit yearly assessments. On this form, you will fill out student information then scroll to the assessment section to upload.

If required reports are not submitted as requested, re-enrollment will not be considered.
