Our Administrative School Year runs August 1st - July 31st Yearly.
February: We check in with Seniors/Family.
April: Graduation Applications Due + Verification of credits, attendance, & requirements
May: Graduation Month🎓
June - July: Diplomas & Transcripts are mailed & our graduate files closed. Contact our office for more information on fees for diploma & transcript replacements.
REPORTING IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AT THE END OF YOUR 180 DAY SCHOOL YEAR.
Multiple attendance and academic record check-ins throughout the school year are always welcome! While only the required submissions are necessary, many families find that submitting updates periodically helps keep student records current and makes end-of-year reporting much easier.
This optional approach provides added peace of mind and allows Vineyard of Faith Academy to better support your family's educational journey.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KEEP A PLANNER FOR EASY REPORTING.
